Great place to have your hair done.friendly staff.Definitely not like the Fantastic Sam's on Oak ValleyAnn Arbor.The Oak Valley location is decorated in all Black and Poor Lighting.Oak Valley does Not accept the Coupons for that Location.The new Owner is a Young guy who has No Idea how to run the salon.The New Owner is definitely Not from Ann Arbor!The new Owner raised prices.Bring your flashlight when going to Oak Valley location.A senior could not even find her way to the chair to get a haircut.the stylist had to help her to find the chair.If you want a Shampoo then be prepared for your hair to be washed in Cold Water.Paula and Lynn are excellent stylist.

Great service. Every stylist I've had has done an excellent job, even when I wasn't sure what I wanted. I have been fairly vague at times and they still figured out exactly what I wanted. I have never had to wait long and I never make appointments. Also they are very affordable.
