Bought an old house this spring and when I needed an HVAC consultation for foundation work gone wrong, I called Climate Tech (who’d installed a system in a previous house); Jeff and Joe quickly came to look at the situation and then Joe and Billy did the work that helped the other company finish their job better. Lo and behold, a couple months later my 20 yr old HVAC system failed, and Climate Tech is doing an install for me again. This team is responsive, helpful in diagnosing issues, knowledgeable — and just kind-hearted. I appreciate them!
Day one of the 2025 heat wave and my AC broke. I made a call to Climate Tech and everything was resolved quickly. Jeff was great. He gave me a window for availability and showed up at the very beginning of it. 30 minutes later I had a functional air conditioner with a far less precarious wiring situation coming from the house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Can't recommend this company enough. Bonus points: it's family owned and local too!
I continued to be amazed by the incredible service provided by Climate-Tech. Not only are the responsive, kind, and fair; but they consistently provide quality service on an install I had from them 2 summers ago. Thank you so much for all that you do to keep my home comfortable!
