Here lies one of my $300 waist length “small” boho braids. The third one that I’ve had come out actually 😒

The quality of their work has declined so much from when they first started. I have slightly longer than shoulder length hair, and I am familiar with braid aftercare, braids should not just slide out.

Also the little boy that they have there is loud. He screams and cries and they do not watch him at all. One time myself and another customer had to yell to stop him from grabbing the kettle of boiling water. This is by no means anywhere to go if you want to relax. Even with headphones in it is terrible.

I always ask for the same style and have been coming here for years because of how well it was done in the past. This time, though, the quality wasn’t the same. My hair was cut shorter than expected, the parts were uneven, and the sizing wasn’t what I asked for. It was disappointing, especially since I’ve consistently requested the same thing every visit.

I just my boxes braided done Last week Saturday I 3 of my braids came out that’s 200 payed for not again they used to be there was no air on it’s was so hot in there they the air blower giving out heat they stay on they phones there kids all over the place they one start not going to them again I’m so pissed 😡😡😡😡
