Waited 7 hours for my son to be looked at he took a ibuprofen for the pain but it wore out. Everyone else was walking in some ppl left and said I'm not waiting 4 hours to be seen. I gave the 30 more minutes but my son was never called. 5 ppl and myself needed up leaving to a different hospital. Where the wait was much, much shorter. Never coming to this place again. On top of it all I saw ants Nats and Flys here.

They are horrible, ER Dr's sent my daughter honey with 5.5 potassium and he was having spasms. Next morning back in ER her potassium 6 they gave her meds and sent her home. Same night back at ER 6.8 potassium. Pathetic. Ct scans all read wrong about Megan's care. 2 Dr's said pneumoniae and 2 Dr's said no. 3 Dr's said afib and the real heart doctor said they read it wrong. Be careful here. Doctors change meds or dont give meds they need daily. Ask daily what you are getting. Dr fletcher knows all he thinks. Don't do something unless you research or get 2nd opinion. It could cause death. Nurses cannot handle trach patients, they jam that suction down their throats. My daughters hemoglobin 7.4 Dr hop , omg terrible doctor. Do not listen to these ego maniacs who think they know everything. Trust me Ann Arbor the real U of M is NOTHING like this place. Their doctors are highly trained and listen to the patients. Im here another week, why, because a nurse laid my daughter flat after eatimg causing aspiration. Pathetic. Go anywhere but here. Their EGOS are pathetic

The professional and courteous care has helped me thru a 4 month journey. The communication from scheduling, follow-up, medical plans has been clear and comforting. Great front desk! Great assistants! Great PA's. Great Docs!
