Do not go here! This office does not care about their patients. Good luck getting ahold of an actual doctor or person for that matter. I had to reach out to them about test results several times, amongst many other frustrations.

I have had 3 EGDs this year, each of them was a hassle to schedule and even more of a pain to get results. I truly believe the second EGD could have been avoided with proper feedback on the inhaler and "swallowing" the puffs, not using like a standard inhaler. If you want feedback and easy access to a doctor, this place is not it. The scheduling team is HORRIBLE, and when I have called in they didn't know who I was or what I needed. I was finally tired of the run around and tried to talk with a Dr. but needed to make an in person appointment to get my results.To book an in person appointment is a 3 month wait for the Dr. that did my surgeries. Good Luck hearing back from these doctors in a timely manner! it has been nearly 2 weeks and have not heard anything back regarding my lab results, also was given no are care instructions or follow up from my colonoscopy. God forbid you have to call them expect to be on hold for hours! I have been battling with gastro issues for 2 years and they stress this clinic is causing me is making it worse. I just want answers for my problems it that to much to ask?
