Great customer service, great knowledge of his profession. Very caring and listens.
My experience with the doctors has been great!! However, the lady I talked to on the phone was very rude to me. She was from appointment Scheduling. Her name was Kelsey or something like that.
Dr Coates and his staff are great. Fast to respond and whenever I have a flair up they know exactly what to do in regards to dialing in medication. Nothing but positive experiences here.
