I reached out to them and got an immediate response, set our appointment for today. When we got there they immediately made it a welcoming atmosphere and environment. Aze checked us in and did our piercings, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything from explaining the process to the after care. I couldn't be happier with the experience or the results. It was a very clean environment and Aze made sure we saw him clean and properly dispose of everything. “Braylie pierced my rook and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the other staff!!! Everyone was so kind. He took the time to explain the whole thing, gave me the time to relax beforehand and was so quick. I’ve heard bad things about getting your rook pierced and my pain tolerance is so low, but it was genuinely painless and even the next day it is hardly aching.
