I’ve been a patient here for a few years, and I really loved it at first! My PA was fantastic and always super helpful, right up until the day she bold face lied to my face about what a diagnosis I was given meant (I wasn’t even told this was a diagnosis btw). All I wanted was a referral, and the diagnosis she gave prevented my referral from even being able to bill my insurance, not to mention the fact that my pain wasn’t taken seriously, SPECIFICALLY due to this diagnosis. Now I’ve received mail from this office informing me that a doctor is no longer with this office. The envelope was COMPLETELY OPEN?? I feel insanely lucky nobody tried to mail me my medical information, because that would have just been out for the world to see. Issues with getting prescriptions refilled are constant, I’ll be looking for another PCP as soon as possible.

I have been with this office for over 10 years. I enjoy my visits with Tina Haan; she is kind, shows concern for my well-being, and takes excellent care of me. I can request refills and appointments online.

I’ve been coming to this location for years with my kids and haven’t came across any problems. Some of the staff they’re very unwelcoming and rude to me. They rolled their eyes, nasty attitudes and act as if I’m bothering them and I’m the patient. My last time I was there it was just really different like some were having a bad day! Made me feel uncomfortable so I ask for a manager then everything changed. I even Thank one of the employees for assisting me she just gave me a nasty look and turn her head away from me. Few of the nurses are good but I will not be returning!

Had an amazing experience with my hopeful new PCP. Due to the incompetent and rude receptionist staff I will absolutely never visit again and have cancelled all future appointments. With how expensive, stressful and crazy life is the last thing people need is to be blown off and spoken to the way I was.
