Courteous and knowledgeable techs. I have to work with a lot of contractors, and Hendricks is one of my favorites. They get there when they say they will and update you along the way.
Tom came out to do a clean and check. He identified a problem and offered a solution. Very happy with both Tom and Hendricks. Will definitely call them next time we need anything related to heat or AC
We’ve used Hendricks for more than 25 years, for installation and service of both heating and AC. They do an excellent work and are very good communicators. We just needed 2 urgent visits and got them in good time at fair rates. I recommend them as skilled and reliable.
