“The tech did more than expected. For example, when he placed the laundry sink back in place, he made sure the faucets which had been frozen were working. He has done extra in the basement to make it look presentable after the waterproofing people did their job. He has made sure that the area where the waterproofing people went through the walls were enclosed. This was not on the original list. He has one more area to complete that task. The bathroom still has the ends to put on the closet. There are other areas that had water damage that could be fixed due to rotting wood that were not on the original lost.
