“I've used Frank's a number of times since 2008, for several service calls and one bathroom remodel project. The timeliness was lukewarm on the remodel. However they have been johnny on the spot for the service calls.My general contractor for the remodel implied that Frank's does some sort of informal triage to prioritize their crews. The end results have always been watertight.“
