Jon/John B. He is very polite and explained the process well for the survey that they are conducting. I would like to add that though I was not bothered by this, this approach does make for an uncomfortable interaction between client/person and your employee. It also puts your employee in a position for an escalated negative response if the wrong person is approached ( 2 of my coworkers immediately turned their backs on him and acted as if he was stalking them)

Ever since they started treating our house, we have had zero problems with ants, spiders, or any other pests that sneak in. John B. was great to work with-informative and professional. Highly recommend!

Service tech John B was at my house for a scheduled preventative pest control appointment. Does the B in John B stand for Best? He was knowledgeable and professional.
