Wyoming Dental

Had a cleaning that apparently my insurance did not pay, before my next appointment, when I would have paid any outstanding balance, I received a letter from a collection agency for the past due amount. No phone call letting me know about the debt, just a letter from a collection agency before I ever had an opportunity to pay. This place had already had poor customer service when it was Bow Tie, it’s just gotten infinitely worse since it became part of Wyoming Dental. Would not recommend.

I haven’t been to a dentist since out of high school so it was new to me going again. But let me say this was a very welcoming place, very nice people! I would definitely come back to again and will for sure take my kids!

Dr. Cinder and her team are kind and easy to work with! Our son begs to go to the dentist.

I had previously given a 5 star review, but over my last two visits I have not had the same dentist and appointments have had to be rescheduled because the dentists are no longer working at the office. The ladies at the front are so kind and helpful and my hygienists have been wonderful, but it’s a red flag to me that the dentists keep leaving. If you value consistency with who is working on your teeth, it may be wise to look elsewhere.

They did a great job. I have had bad experiences overseas that makes me reticent to keep up on regular visits…. But I will be able to be a regular patient after their work.
