Great place to learn a new set of skills or to add more to your already large skill set. Unfortunately this isn't a place to make a career, there is a large turn over of employees so youre always training someone new or picking up the pieces after someone has left. The management team is great and very helpful and always willing to stand next to you no matter what the situation is as well as the fact that they will not try and stop your from bettering yourself and moving up within the work force. My biggest piece of advice when it comes to Advantage is be prepared to work hard and learn a lot quickly.
I onlybhad 11 items on one pallet. Very small. I got there at 8a.m. for am 11:30 appointment. The receiving people weren't scheduled to come in until 9a.m. Someone was there and I was able to unload it by myself. That gentlement inventoried it for me. The navigation(Garmin) took me right to this place. I had enough room to back in the docks.
Great place to work at. Absolutely love how they do different types of team building activities and fun activities for thier employees. Work environment is fun. Managers are very nice too.
