Great Lakes Pain Management Center is praised for its caring and professional physicians who listen and go above and beyond to help with pain relief, including knee pain. Patients appreciate the multiple approaches used to manage pain effectively. However, experiences with staff vary, with some encountering disrespectful behavior from front-office personnel. Overall, the center is recognized for its genuine concern and commitment to patient care.
Professional and helpful physician. Finally I was able to find someone who could help with my knee pain , a physician who listens , he goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable

The front-end office staff manager, Betty, ruins most positive encounters I have had at the facility. Dory was equally as disrespectful. I hope in the future staff can choose to be kind to people struggling. Anne Zahn, CNP has always been very kind and helpful.
Fantastic and caring physician. He is NOT just a physician that dispenses pain pills and doesn’t care or doesn’t make sure your pain isn’t managed. He uses multiple approaches including medications and procedures.
If you just want pain pills, please do us all a favour and find another physician. Dr Osman follows the rules and laws and is NOT a “pill mill!”
