After a week of reaching out to Downriver Glass Block without ever receiving a call back I gave up. It was fate, GLASS BLOCK PROFESSIONALS was recommended by a local plumber doing some work for me. Thankfully, the voice on the line was Faith setting up a free estimate to have my 85 year old family home inspected for installation. The price was affordable, the two workers Jim and Tim were professional gentlemen. They worked diligently and with conscientious care. In the end they showed me each windows letting me know the long term advantages. This is a lovely face lift to our family home of 55 years! We are thankful for this team and our positive experience.

I was looking for a company to install just the vents in my basement glass block windows. That was a challenge in itself, because it was such a small job. Enter Glass Block Professionals. They were very patient explaining our options, coming out to take a look and quoting the job. They also followed up when I got busy and put the job on hold due to my own busy schedule. When they came out, they were fast and efficient. Everything was cleaner than when they got here once they left. They were also extremely respectful of me working at home. - noise to a minimum, etc. I would absolutely call them 1st next time!!!

I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with the product and the service. Astetically, the windows look amazing. But the quality in the best asset. At first I couldn't decide which blocks to get so I went to their warehouse. The owner took the time to show me around and see the various options. I was able to make an informed decision that makes me happy. The installers came early to do the job, worked efficiently and cleared the area of debris before leaving.
