I’ve been training with Alyson for 3 months. She is super knowledgeable, very encouraging and knows when I need to be pushed. The studio is laid back and everyone there is very friendly. No judgment at all. I’m no longer wasting my time at gyms because Alyson shows me what to do, how to do it correctly and for how long. Already seeing big results in a short amount of time.
first off i had the oppertunity to train with Pete one on one. The ammount of time i trained with him my body changed dramatic and i got my body the way i wanted to.He pushes you to the max at how much you can take to see results. I would recommend him to any body because not only is he awsome at what he does but he is true to people and caring. He always checks on clients and goes above and beyond to care about them and their feelings. I hope i have the oppertunity to train with Pete again after my broken ankle n hand is healed. You will not be disappointed.
Exersthetic Evolution is an awesome personal training and fitness studio. I trained with Pete for almost a year getting in shape for my wedding and continued to train with him even after. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and a great motivator. I would definitely recommend himself, Alyson, or Jake as personal trainers. Thanks Pete!
