Marissa is very kind and caring! I had complicated request for my hair dye and she went above and beyond for me. She exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. My case: I have virgin black-brown hair. Quite a few greys were showing and I just didn't want to dye all of my hair, but couldn't stand seeing my white hairs either. She had the great idea to exactly match my natural hair color and weave through the crown of my head for the greys and dye those. She went section by section and wrapped them in foils making sure to catch my greys.
