The massage was nice although my arms nor my thighs were massaged. Which I normally have done during a full body massage. It may have been lack of time to focus on my troubled areas. Who knows. It was my first time at Massage Envy so I am not sure of their policies. The staff was polite and helpful as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this amazing establishment. Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Front desk staff were very pleasant and answered all questions. Bridgette gave me the best massage in the world! She first addressed my areas of concern prior to session. Thereafter, I walked out feeling wonderful 👍😊 and relaxed. I recommend paying extra and have Lavender 🪻 oils used for massage. I did and feel great 🙌❤️❤️❤️ 5 stars... I will definitely make future appointments!!! Bridgette is the GOAT 🐐 btw

The massage was great, Amy did a very good job and helped with my pain. She listened to what I asked for. The only issue is that the couples massage I booked at 12 for 60 minutes each was cheated out of some time. We were taken into the room at 12:10, and back in my car at 12:50. I know the “changing time” is included in the massage but they do certainly screw you out of some time. It was not a full hour massage at all. 2 people to change, 2 people to pay, and still was back in my car at 12:50.

Had a 9 am appointment for an hour and a half long session on Monday with Caleb. For the first 45 minutes straight of my session, whoever was in the room next to us laughed and gossiped as loud as they possibly could. After having to ask Caleb to go ask them to quiet down (they didn’t), I should have just ended the session and went home. Nevermind the “massage” I was getting while this was happening, which was really just Caleb pushing on different parts of my back and neck. Had I not been so distracted by the party next door, maybe I could have directed him to do something a bit different. I have spent the last few days trying to figure out what service you guys offer that is so funny? Would love to know. Voiced my concerns to the assistant manager who said she’d have a higher up contact me, nobody has, so I’ll be sending this to corporate!
* Company responded below, I reached out via email as instructed (and have called) and still NOTHING!! This location is an absolute JOKE. Book here if you want to waste $150 and an hour and a half of your day!

Went to massage envy today for my first facial and I was booked with Asia. It was wonderful and very relaxing ☺️ I felt at peace the whole time and I learned some things about my skin. Asia was so sweet and nice and very easy to talk to , I already booked her for next month. Thank you again for an incredible experience ❤️
