You know you're in for one heck of a haircut when you walk in without an appointment, there are a few people ahead of you, the stylist says, you're next, then immediately turns to the guy behind you and says, don't worry, I know you have an appointment. This will be quick. The first thing that ran through my head was, this is going to be one heck of a haircut. Sure enough, for the price I paid, she started chopping away while telling me all about her family. Before I knew it, she looked at me and asked, Is this good enough? Of course I said, yeah, sure, it's fine. What else was I going to say? My expectations had already dropped pretty low by that point. I walked out with hair still all over my neck and a haircut that was, unfortunately, nothing special. It is what it is. One bad experience doesn't define the whole place, and I'm sure my situation was pretty unique. I doubt everyone else has had the same experience I did, or at least I hope.

I got my beard trimmed recently and looks abosulely horrible.The sides are uneven,took most of hair off my chin.she will never touch my beard again and dont know if i will go back

Disappointed to say the least. I brought my teenage son here for a nice haircut, and he ended up with a haircut that looks like I took him to great clips for an apprentice to practice on him. Very uneven, way shorter then what I asked for, and zero fade what so ever. I didn’t notice as much in the moment (even though it was a shock on how short the top was) because she put product in and it disguised it. After he got home and washed it… it was not worth the 38$ that I spent! He also said that she smelled gross like cigarette smoke. Make sure you choose your stylist and don’t pick the “first available” option if you come here!
**Follow up to this review. I was contacted and the very pleasant manager/owner? Did follow up to make things right. That does speak volumes about someone who is trying their best to run a business the right way. I am very appreciative. I will return to the other stylists!

My son has had terrible stylist cut his ears and skin with clippers throughout the years so every haircut has the potential to be traumatic.
Having said that, We have been going to Lady Jane's for years now and have never had an issue! We love Brooke! She is the only stylist my son is totally confident with, he actually relaxes and is confident in her skill. Not every stylist is comfortable doing a strictly scissor cut, but Brooke has been nothing but accommodating. She has even gotten him to the point in his comfortability that she can use the clippers on him which he has never been okay with.
Normally I would give Brooke a 5/5 ✨ i did do 4 star though because whoever took our appt double and triple booked her thus we had to wait for over an hour, Brooke is worth the wait though! 🤞✨

Hanna was incredible. Fast and efficient but also made sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. There's not too many hairstylist anymore that enjoy talking to their customers and getting to know them, but Hanna shows she really cares. I will be back to see her again.

Ok fr I took my man here and Halah slayed his hair. I was like ok yes this is correct. There was no worker named Jane there though so I asked Halah if I could call her Jane just to fit the theme and she said yes! 10/10 experience - ladies take your man here

Although Jane wasn't there the day I got haircut I still really enjoyed it. If you expect Jane to be there I wouldn't recommend. 5/5!!!

I had stylist Amber she’s very professional. She did exactly what I needed and asked for always asked. Questions to make sure that my haircut was going according to how I liked it which you did she was very personable even with communication on small talk, which is very big when someone’s getting a haircut so I was very, very satisfied with the experience and will be a return customer.
