I came in to get my shocks done Joe was great he showed me that I had a nail in my tire and was very informative. Gabby at the desk is very sweet and down to earth. I will be back again.

Charlet was awesome! The techs got us back on the road quickly and it was reasonably priced. Free popcorn and coffee while we waited.

I am sitting outside waiting for an oil change. The smell of all those tires in the waiting room is nauseating. Quick Lane should be better than that especially for the employees who have to endure it.

Mom and I went in for an oil change. We were there almost 3 hours. People who came in after us left before us. Mom said, "We're not doing this again."

I do not recommend going to Woodhaven Quick Lane. They not only broke a piece of my car but completely wasted my time. I showed up at 9:30 for a patch on my tire that had a nail in it. I was told it would be an hour 1/2. About an hour n 1/2 later im told my car is finally being looked at and they’re beginning to patch my tire. Thats fine. Then about 40 minutes later, a worker comes up to me and tells me casually that they broke my tire pressure sensor but he already ordered a new one. Ok. Then he says it’ll show up at 2 (it was about 11) and to come back then and he’ll be there, and for now he’ll QUICKLY put the tire back on because its finished being patched and we can leave. I sit for ANOTHER hour and 1/2 and my car is just sitting there, tire-less, and this worker is no where to be found and I’m told nothing about the condition of my tire. I finally ask a different worker and he says oh they’re just finishing up patching it right now. ??? Whatever. I sit back down and maybe another 20 minutes later they finally put the tire on my car. This worker comes in, tells me to come back at 2/2:30 to get the tire sensor. Well i come back at 2:30 and worker is no where to be found, i ask a different worker about the tire sensor and she makes some calls and tells me actually no the sensor isn’t going to be here till Monday,(its friday) and the worker who told me it’d be here by 2 isnt even here.. I have no idea if when i go on Monday the sensor will even be there. But im scared now that they maybe didnt even do the patch right and i wont know because my tire sensor is gone.
I will say they did not charge me for the patch (though a different worker told me that, not the one i was working with) but it was only $30 anyway. And they did pay for the piece they broke. But i dont understand why they had to waste my time and my gas. If it was going to come on Monday i dont know why they didnt just tell me that and made me drive over just for it to not be there. I also dont understand why i was told the patch was done and they were going to let me leave in a couple minutes, just for me to wait for 1 1/2 hours and another worker tell me they were still working on it.

They sold my sister who is a disabled veteran a truck for 12,000 dollars and told her that it would tow a trailer that she gave them the info on. They said it was a good working truck. The next day the engine light came on and they said she was on her own, fast forward less than a month later the engine completely died and she is now out 12000 dollars and a truck. They told her there is nothing they can do. I am posting this because they had her sign a claus to protect from her posting negative reviews. BEWARE AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Will update if they reach out and remedy the situation.

Do NOT recommend going here unless you wanna deal with the most RUDE workers ever specifically Ed as well as Mary Ann which let me let you know is their HR person she is disgusting made the most rude remarks so if Mary Ann does that I can only imagine the rest of the team! I will be letting everyone know how nasty these people are until they are gone I will do my best to make sure no one I know spends their money here!
