My 1st time troubleshooting Radiant Tube Heater, found ignition box had failed. looked several parts houses not only pricing was outrageous lead time. At radiant energy pricing almost 1/2 their sales new exactly what I needed parts where in stock. Awesome to work with vendor who knows his or her job.
