Had my first appointment with Christa today and she was very thorough and kind. I’m there to see her for preventative measures during my pregnancy. She gave me a lot of information and exercises to help keep my pelvic floor in tact. I plan to continue to see her throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. I was very comfortable. She has a nice office. Highly recommend, even if you don’t have an issue yet. She can help prevent damage and evaluate your current state.
