We recently placed a service call to have a new toilet installed. Michael arrived on time and did a great job installing the new toilet. Price was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.
I was told that I would receive a call between 0800 and 0900. They called during that window. I received a text when they were on their way. The plumber was Martin. He performed the test and answered all my questions regarding backflow valves and questions regarding plumbing in general. Martin was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He took my payment and whole visit was effortless.
Garrett was so friendly and helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to get me to pay for an expensive fix. I had a terrible experience with a different plumbing company and this was such a relief to get someone that cares and does their job well.
