Dr. Ferrell's been doing a great job with my annual skin check for some time, and I sleep better knowing that she's looking after that aspect of my health. I called yesterday regarding another issue and was fortunate to be seen on the same day. She was able to provide effective treatment in a very competent and caring manner. I highly recommend everyone get regular dermatological exams and Ganger is a great place to go!
This is a top notch dermatology practice. Dr. Ferrell and her team, including the front desk, are very responsive to my needs. If I have a scheduling question, I get a callback within an hour. If I need a refill it is done and I get a call telling me so. The nurses are an efficient and effective transition to Dr. Ferrell who addresses the issue(s) thoroughly, properly examines me, discusses options for treatment. She is very calm, reassuring and non-judgmental. You could not ask for a better dermatologist.
