This place is absolutely amazing this is my second time coming to the facility. I have had nothing but great customer service and great work done to my vehicle. I used to go to the car dealership but no more this spot is it especially if you have luxury cars. I met the owner and the gentleman took care of my car and the receptionist is amazing. I don't know about you but customer service is everything.
Made an appointment to review a few issues and concerns with my car. The team were very thorough and providing information / solutions on what is wrong & provided a comprehensive list of alternatives to rectify the the problems I have been experiencing.
I’ve been to Dixon a couple of times now and will keep coming back. Communication is excellent throughout the entire process, and they genuinely look out for your best interests. For a BMW specialty shop, pricing is fair, and they consistently go the extra mile with small touches that show they actually care about the car and the customer. Highly recommend.
