I recently purchased a BMW touring from a private buyer in MI. I purchased this vehicle site unseen as I live in VA. I requested a PPI on the vehicle which was done by Dixon. Not only did they do it in a very timely manner, they updated me with feedback & photos of the few negatives they found which gave me confidence in buying the vehicle. Due to purchasing this vehicle site unseen, I asked the owner of Dixon, Phil, if he would facilitate this sale to put me at ease as I could not travel to get the car myself. While I do not know if he does this regularly, he immediately said yes & did exactly what was asked to give me the utmost confidence that I was safe in this transaction....read full review

Wow So thankful I brought my car in. Very professional, clean shop. Knowledgeable and patient , I had many questions that were all answered respectfully. Was happy they could work on my car during holiday season..Definitely recommend this shop and will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I recently had rod bearings, motor mounts, ICV, injectors, and a couple other items replaced on my E92 M3. Turnaround time was fantastic, prices were great, shop is clean, and Phil and Colby are all around great guys to work with. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
