Jim is a friendly, highly knowledgeable and skilled contractor. I hired him to excavate about 100 feet of my yard to replace a flimsy old pipe that drains a natural spring out to the road. It was clogged with tree roots and kept backing up and flooding my yard. Jim spent quite a bit of time inspecting the issue and assessing the project to give me an estimate. Everything from paperwork to communications were handled very professionally. Office staff were nice and helpful. They got all the utilities out to flag the various underground lines around my property for safety as is required.
