So I seen people writing about service lately. So I just wanted to warn people about metal roofs of michigan. I do not recommend using them. He will tell you it his guys doing all the work and it is all contractor. They costed water damage to all the rooms in are home. Fell through our celling. They left fascia showing that I had to fix. The roof after 6week had tons to scratches. And they do not treat your stuff with respect.

I had a new large overhang that needed metal roofing. Our quote seemed too good to be true. It turns out that the quote was miscalculated but Eric is true to his word and honored the price quoted. I consider this amazing and it shows Eric is an exceptional business man and keeping his word is his priority. It was less than a week from our quote to the job being done- even though we expected to wait weeks and the weather was terrible. The crew that did the work were polite and did a great job. Because my property will stay in the family as a legacy property, I did a great deal of research on metal roofing companies before making my choice. I chose Metal Roofs of Michigan because of their experience and because I liked the how they handled everything personally.Although there was a bit of a delay with the projected start date, once the job started, they stayed on it until it was finished. With the exception of an area where I had copper installed, everything was done in a timely manner. As a result of material shortages outside the control of the company, the copper arrived during some harsh winter weather, but Metal Roofs of Michigan soldiered through to get it installed and it looks beautiful.I'm very happy with it. We got the metal shingle style roof and it looks great. I was surprised at how quiet it is when it rains. After our first winter, we asked if some snow guards could be installed. They came out and installed the snow guards and also addressed some gutter issues that we had questions about. Eric was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Very disappointed with this company. They left old flashing on the roof that subsequently leaked. They applied the metal roof over the existing roof which is not recommended by the manufacturer. Would give no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: Roof repair

Metal Roofs of Michigan installed our metal roof in November of 2019. We are very happy with the final product as well as the entire process. The owner Eric was very easy to work with and the crew was professional and did a great job (including the clean up). The price was very competetive and Eric worked with us when additional expenses came up. If you are considering investing in a metal roof, Metal Roofs of Michigan is an excellent choice.

Our house and roof line has a pretty unique low slope. They did a great job with the install and really worked hard to communicate status updates to us while working through the unpredictable Michigan winter weather. The crew was friendly and always willing to address any concerns or questions we had. We've already referred them to our neighbor.

Very professional and responsive staff. Our main point of contact kept us updated with regular videos of progress and status updates even before the job started (the wet Michigan autumn caused a few delays). The crew were friendly and politely answered any questions we had. We highly recommend them. The roof looks amazing!

If you call them to set up an appointment, you're not likely to get a human on the phone. Maybe (Beth?) will call back in a week or so using an out-of-state phone number. Called several times, with no response at all. I'm guessing they really don't want any more business, or they're going out of business. Too bad, I talked with someone who used them some time ago, and he said they used to be a good company.
