When our vet was out of town and our beloved Stella declined quickly with ever-diminishing quality of life, we went to East Bay Pet Hospital for her euthanasia. It was such a challenging time and East Bay handled it beautifully. We appreciated the kindness and compassion of the staff, especially Dr. Diana Raddatz, who administered the procedure. We also appreciated that the pet loss room had a separate exit so we could take our time and leave in peace. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time in our lives.

Following the loss of our 9-month-old puppy, East Bay welcomed us with empathy and care, helping ease a very difficult time.
