The staff really genuinely cares for the dogs they look after and the facilities are beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to come take our dog for a walk every day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a kennel.
We love Bokhara and have been boarding our two English Bullies there for years. They are so well cared for, loved, and (for one of the bullies who hates being away from home) comforted and given extra loving. Are pups always are happy and healthy when they’re returned to us and I couldn’t think of any other place that could take better care of our two pups! Syndrome
picked up my dachshund after a ten day stay while I had shoulder surgery/recovery. I was told he ate some food that spilled and had diarrhea. shame on me for not asking more questions about the food. I brought him home and he was exhausted and his eyes looked liked he was in pain. I took him out during the evening and he had dark diarrhea. during the night while I was sleeping he had seven dark tar-like stools. they were mucousey and bloody. I began calling at 9:00 am. and left three messages. I called every hour until closing at 5:30 and my call was never answered. I explained that I needed to know specifically what he ate for my vet.
