Our experience with Chris Childs and Tri-County Builders was nothing but fantastic. We are enjoying our fully remodeled master bathroom and master closet. They are now more spacious, modern, and simply put, gorgeous. We had a master bath and closet with outdated designs (from 2001) and cramped spacing. I am a reoccurring customer of Tri-County Builders. My first project was a basement renovation to completely modernize and upgrade this space. Not only did I get everything that was planned, but Tri-County worked with me to revise several aspects of the project, which included upgrades where it made sense.

The communication, quality, and craftmanship of the finished product is spot on with what you would expect from a custom builder. The daily interactions with framers, carpenters, electrician, plumbers, and all sub-contractors was a joy to learn from and work with. I am very impressed with the professional demeanor and great work done by the Tri-Country Team and Sub Contractors. Chris and Casie (owners) and their crew made my vision of my garage a reality to the exact details. Using quality materials and checking with me at every stage to make sure they gave me exactly what I wanted is good old fashioned service that is rare these days.
