“I had a new Range on order that was scheduled for delivery the following morning at 9:00. At the last minute I learned the new range needed a 120V 15A circuit rather than the existing 50A. I called Ashcott Electrical as one of our previous contractors had used them and I was very impressed with their service. I assumed I would be put on the schedule the following week at the earliest. The person answering the phones was amazing, I explained the situation, she put me on hold for a minute, and then came back to let me know someone would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 the next morning (amazing). Electrician (Phil) arrived slightly before 7:30, came in and assessed the situation, went back to his truck to get parts and within an hour I had the new receptacle installed. Electrician was really meticulous during install and did a great job. Phil is as good as they get and Ashcott Electrical is our go to for any electrical needs. Great people to deal with from beginning to end.“

“This is a phenomenal company to work with. Steve came out to give me an estimate for a electrical panel upgrade. He was informative and explained everything in a way that I understood. He quoted me a fair price for a more complex project.
Melonie scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, and made sure that I was kept updated on a completion time.
Steve, Scott, Justin, and Ben came out to do the job and I couldn't be more satisfied.

“I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Our power went out on July 3 with a DTE estimate for repair at the end of the day July 6.
The next morning, July 4, our newer Generac generator failed. I called many companies who were either closed for the holiday or could not help us. Specialized Power Services answered our call and went out of their way to locate. a part we needed for the repair which was successful. They saved our holiday weekend, all our refrigerated food, and our get togethers. I was impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to help when we really needed it - Highly important qualities for any company especially for one that is installing emergency generators. So thankful they were there when our generator had a problem and for following through to resolve it. We will not hesitate to use them in the future!“
