The gentleman that came to inspect my septic tank, explain to me the reason for the inspection.
I was a bit confused because I had just had it cleaned and could not understand why it would be necessary for them to come out but he explained it to me and now I get it.
My experience with Bolton started a few weeks back when I was smelling sewage in the back yard. Neighbor highly recommended Bolton. I called. Eric Wright came out to investigate. He pumped out 2 tanks but realized that the 3rd tank that held the pump was completely full as well. Ah pump was not working. So we had to schedule them to come back out and install a pump. They did the scheduling of electrician to be here with them. They did it all. It was a hot mess and they stayed right on it. Kept me in the loop thru the whole process. Had the tanks pumped again in the middle of all this just so there wouldn't be and water in the pump tank.
