Right from the beginning it was a pleasure working with this company. The receptionist was professional and helpful. We got an appointment within 24 hrs, they arrived within the time scheduled and and Joel our service technician knew exactly what we needed and the repair was done. We felt the price was also reasonable. Joel was also professional and great to talk to! Highly recommended!

Just had an emergency with our sump pump in the basement. What a mess. Called Shade plumbing and they were out within a couple hours and got it fixed. The plumber they sent was very nice. I’m not gonna use his first name in case that’s not acceptable, but he was fantastic.
