This store has undergone a LOT of changes over the last year and a half. The Dr. that is currently there is absolutely amazing, takes care of her patients and genuinely cares about the people she is helping.
First & foremost, the tech that helped me, Lisa, is AMAZING! Awesome customer service skills. Like I was chatting with an old friend. Dr. Gaffka is also pretty awesome. He explained my eye exam in terms I could understand. I've had glasses for 38 years, & he's the first doctor who explained my terrible eyes. The frames I picked out are so comfortable & I've gotten quite a few compliments on them. THANK YOU WHITE LAKE WALMART VISION CENTER!!!
