The staff goes above and beyond to help, especially in urgent situations, solving stressful problems within minutes. The facility is immaculate. Dr. Kaji is a lovely person and astounding optometrist. I feel like I can go in and talk to her about my eyes and then some. She’s been so helpful over the last few years regarding my stability of vision. Amber is amazing and always reaches out for any updates. They all make me feel so at home. I have had emergency needs (because I cannot see without glasses) and they have been so helpful in meeting those needs and beyond with yearly maintenance. I cannot recommend any practice more suitable or caring. Genuinely and with the utmost regard.
We had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. The entire staff was friendly and patient, and the doctor was especially kind and gentle with my child, making her feel comfortable every step of the way. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit felt calm, organized, and stress-free. I loved the bedside manner of the doctor and staff. Everyone was kind and professional. Just be aware of the upselling. It is hard to go in for a basic insurance covered pair of glasses without being guided toward more expensive frames and extra add ons. They are nice about it, but it feels intentional and takes extra time. My husband ended up spending about $300 more than insurance covered 😑
