I had an excellent experience with my HVAC technicians, Arturo and Daniel! They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and offered their recommendations without any pressure. They even were very kind to my children who were intrigued.
They were also very respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when the job was finished. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and so easy to work with, let alone two people. Family Heating and Cooling is the ONLY business I will deal with when it comes to my furnace or AC repairs. They have always been great, the service is amazing, the techs are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They have been to my house to fix things a handful of times and each time has been an awesome experience. This past visit from Kyle (#842) or #847 forgive that, but to fix my AC unit was no different, he was great!! I cannot thank him and again Family Heating and Cooling for their commitment to customer service/honesty and professionalism. Our second experience with Family Heating and Cooling was a pleasant as our first. Daniel showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, and did a thorough check of the entire system. Outstanding professionalism, great work, fair price. We are very pleased.
