I highly recommend going to celebrity tattoos. Julian River does OUTSTANDING work, he is very knowledgeable, honest, patient & kind. Not only that but his line work is spot on. I look forward to seeing Julian again soon for more ink!

I have never felt so comfortable and heard at any other shop. Julian is absolutely amazing, he listened to me, answered my questions, was absolutely HILARIOUS, and my tattoo came out looking exactly as i had hoped. Amazing shop, amazing people, 100% recommend.
