If I could give Michele 10 stars I would. I had an appointment set up last week for finger printing for my new job. Unfortunately their machines were on the fritz. And it was cancled. The company (idengo) that issued the appointment set a second one up for that day knowing that accurate was down. So I drove up there. Michele was so apologetic and informative on why things happened. She apologized for the other company even tho they were at fault. I set another appointment with her for this past Tuesday. Michele was extremely helpful and efficient! I had made a scheduling mistake and she went above and beyond to help me out! The whole appointment took no more than 10 minutes and I highly recommend Accurate Screen LLC!
The owner was very accommodating when the system she uses for finger printing stopped working. I know, from my own experiences, it is difficult to do our jobs when technology fails.
