I had already been a patient here, so I took my husband for a check up. Examinations are thourough, no one tries to sell you anything additional nor attempt to sell you glasses unless you wish to shop the myriad of frames available. They were even kind enough to replace lenses in frames that weren't even theirs. Dr. Pack is extremely knowledgeable, and has been the ONLY Dr. to warn me of possible vision issues while on a glp-1, which I truly appreciated. He has our family as patients for as long as we are here!

Dr. Pack really listened and was able to diagnose my eye issue. (The prior eye doctor I saw just gave me glasses and sent me on my way, which didn't resolve my eye trouble.) It took a little while in eye therapy to see a change, but I don't get headaches anymore and my eye strain is rare! I'm also able to drive comfortably at night with my new lenses.

The office staff were very helpful and the doctor was very informative the office was very nice and clean with updated equipment it's a little tucked in behind a dental office so a little hard to find but worth the effort

Truly an amazing experience. I never do reviews but I really felt like the entire experience was very person centered. The staff were amazing and the Dr. helped me to understand about both of the astigmatisms in each of my eyes, explaining each part step by step. I also tried contacts for the first time and he walked me through it, had me watch videos, and then someone sat with me to take them in and out. Front desk staff were amazing explaining the billing and helping me find glasses. 10/10 💫

Amazing experience today! The doctor is so patient with kids. My 4-year-old was having a hard time with the eye tests, but the doctor tried over and over again using different tools until he got it right. He even collected all their previous records from our old clinic to be thorough. He treats his patients like family here. Highly recommend
