About Village Medical - Westland South
Based on the reviews, Village Medical - Westland South has excellent doctors and a clean office. The doctors, including Dr. Brikho, Dr. Colton, and Dr. Bridget, are described as wonderful, polite, thorough, and concerned about patient health. Wait times are short, and it is easy to get an appointment. However, the front desk staff, particularly one red-headed lady, is described as terrible, rude, inconsiderate, and mean. They are often talking and joking but do not answer the phone. While the doctors and medical care are highly praised, the front desk staff needs to be more patient and helpful.

Dr. Bridgette De France is an awesome person to see, and she was very kind, understanding in every way, and took the time to understand my medical needs!!. 😀
She is FANTASTIC as well with VIRTUAL VISITS.

The biggest complaint is the front desk staff lady, terrible, rude and inconsiderate, the red-headed lady my God why do you got to be so miserable and mean!!
Why is it when I come in the office they're always talking and joking..but when you call no one answers the phone??? 🤔

This was my first time with this new Dr and she was absolutely wonderful! Very nice and polite and very thorough as well. Really was a pleasant appt . I definitely would not have a problem if I had to see this Dr again if my Dr is not in like this appt. Thank you.
