Kim is a true philosopher plumber! He deeply believes in doing good work and helping people out. I first met him when my landlord at the time hired him to do some work on our 100+ year old rental. He was incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to think about the long term maintenance of the house. Over the next few years, Kim came with me several times to consult on potential locations for a cafe I wanted to open. Treder honestly doesn't charge enough. Highlights - incredible amount of experience - prices are far better than other companies - makes a good friend. straight forward and works hard. I'm excited to see where the future of this company goes. I've had a sewer repaired, my house replumbed, hot water heater installed, drains snaked. Very satisfied

Kim was very profressional, responsive to questions and explained what and why he worked on. Upfront with pricing and came in right on budget. His work is clean and looks great. I will absolutely use him in the future and will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.
