I can bend, walk, and put pressure on my knees that are chronic bone one bone with spurs and severe nerve pain! I danced, walked regularly no limp came in with one, I can bend my knees and I’m capable of doing a jumping jack! My nails are soooooo cute too! Short and Elegant like I love them just like me!
