Used to come here 2-3 years ago I got really good and was becoming a little arrogant until coach James decided to spar with me he humbled me that day he is the best coach in all of Michigan he is extremely interactive with every single person in his gym I tried coming back about 6 months ago and didn’t have the time but I am definitely gonna try harder this time thank you coach
Ever since I discovered this place in my life has changed drastically my fitness is on a whole Other level met many friends very knowledgeable friendly staff and most importantly very clean facility
It was really fun today was my first day I was so happy to be there! It was so fun I met 3 people who were really nice! Everyone is very respectful If your considering going to do boxing classes jujitsu and cardio,wrestling and more this is the place your looking for!
