The office staff, the therapist we have now is great. That said, we had a really bad experience with an Adhd Dr named Philip Archer. I'm deaf, and he chose to discriminate against me and my son. This Dr is very, very lazy and won't write a SINGLE WORD! I can't sign American sign language well (due to a bad wrist), I don't understand it well, & I and need things WRITTEN DOWN! I can't lip read either. Do not use this Dr, he's very, very lazy and won't listen to you at all. Now that I know how lazy this Dr is, I'm glad my son doesn't have him for a Dr. Even my teen son couldn't get him to listen. I did file an ADA complaint. Minus 2 stars for the Dr's discrimination.

Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. The only problem was an unexplainable delay during the first several attempts to get my kids in here. Since that was done, however, everything's been wonderful.
