I had Sharon’s replace my furnace earlier in the year, and today, had our air conditioner replaced. I believe our price for purchase and installation was great! Diane came out and let us know our options and was terrific! Today, Kevin and Abdul came on time, were very knowledgeable, extremely polite, worked without a break, and cleaned up like it was never done! I appreciate Sharon’s and recommend this company highly!
Highly recommend using this place for AC and heating. The service techs are very professional and I never have any issues with my AC unit they installed in 2017. I enrolled in the membership program which includes two visits a year. They also replace my furnace filter for cheaper than what they charge at Walmart.
Update: I have a new house purchased in 2021. I just had them come out to maintenance the AC unit. They explained every step as they were going. They cleaned inside of the AC unit spotlessly. Could not Say enough good things about this place! They got me a technician out the next day. He was very well mannered put shoe covers on, educated in his field, walked us through and discussed everything even our payment options for a new AC. I love that they send you a picture of your technician and send them in uniforms, definitely makes women feel more safe! Our technician was Richard, he was great and went above and beyond. On a scale of one to 10 I give them an 11
