He was very nice and I could tell based upon the conversation that we had, that he really cares about customer satisfaction. “Hazel is the absolute best. Don't go anywhere else for your alterations! I had a bridesmaid dress that was perfect at the waist but way too big at the top and she made it fit perfectly. She also sewed bra cups into the dress so you don't have to worry about sticky cups that will eventually fall off as the night goes on. Hazel is so nice and listens to what you're looking for. I'll be going here for future alterations. The store itself is clean, spacious, and they also sell veils and accessories.“

“I have one word to describe the service at this place, WOW! We took my son's winter jacket on a school night with a zipper that was stuck. The 2 ladies working in this place, fixed the jacket in less than 2 minutes and did not even charge us. I have to say that this is the type of courteous and prompt service is hard to get. Kudos to these 2 ladies and how happy they made a 12 year old boy and his parents. Please give them a shot or pass the word if someone needs their services, you will not regret!!“
