Excellent experience from start to finish. I dropped off my dress for alterations on Tuesday and it was ready for pickup by Friday. The turnaround time was amazing, and the dress turned out absolutely beautiful. The alterations were done perfectly, and the customer service was great throughout the entire process.

This was my first time using them this week (Sept 1, 2026). My suit jackets are clean and pressed nicely. Friendly customer service feom the manager. Price for each Blazer I'd say is standard I guess. I was using another cleaning company prior who's pricing was about $1.50 less per suit jacket/blazer. Only stopped using the other company because they had weird store hours and wasn't open, some days during normal business hours, even though they were supposed to be open. All and all, A1 thus far.
