Based on the reviews, MedPro Primary Care is described as the best doctor's office, with a comfortable atmosphere and no long waits. The staff is wonderful, super helpful, attentive, personable, reliable, super friendly, and caring on every level. The doctors are just magnificent, great, and very thoughtful. They answer all questions, explain things thoroughly, and insist the more questions the better so patients feel comfortable. The phlebotomists are the best, doing blood draws very quickly with a gentle poke. The office is incredibly responsive to questions and concerns, with no problem with scheduling or getting medication. Patients feel treated as a person and not another number. This is a permanent primary care facility that makes patients feel at home, and people find themselves fighting to keep their doctor. For anyone needing a great permanent primary care provider, this office is highly recommended.
The staff was wonderful. The driver was very courtesy and kind and doctor was just magnificent. She made my day. She answered all my questions. She explained things to me thoroughly an my experience. There was just awesome Today and this will be my Permanent Primary Care Facility. And I want to Thank everyone in the office for the way, they took care of me today. Honestly the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is super helpful and attentive. Never once have I been stuck waiting an hour or two to be seen and the office is incredibly responsive to questions and concerns.
Ashley and Jacklyn Have been taken care of me for a few years now. I absolutely love this doctor‘s office. They take care of all my needs and actually listen to me. And sometimes as a woman it can be hard to find a Doctor Who actually listens. Overall, though I’ve seen other doctors there and they are all great. Their Staff is super helpful and reliable whenever I need anything. And every time I get blood taken they do it very quickly. I have small veins and sometimes it’s hard and they get it done very fast.
