Horrible service both times I’ve went there. I was charged for the $28 haircut, hot towel and wash and received neither of those things and my stylist each time has not listened to my request and ruined my haircut.

I should have just given myself a buzz cut. Horrible hair cut. The barbers spend all the time talking to themselves.

Horrible I asked for 1 inch off my son's hair she took off 3 inches or more off because I wasn't standing there watching and my autistic son didn't speak up

I forgot her name but she’s the older lady who wears glasses… I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND HER!. I asked for a fade she first didn’t want to do my hair, than gave me a 15 second hack job and over charged me 48 bucks!!!!… everyone else were nice and attentive.

Staff was not friendly, they did not provide full service hair cut with wash and neck shave. stylist Misty reeked of cigarettes. She was super rough and rushed through the entire cut. Charged $13 for a 30 second beard trim that wasn't lined up even straight.

Exceptional service and care from Diane, I am extremely picky about my hair and typically will shop around for a long time before landing on one. I've been going here to see Diane now for about 7-8 months and haven't had a single problem. Would highly recommend her.

Diane had been cutting my hair for several years. She has always been very professional, and I couldn't ask for anyone better (even if I have to drive an hour to get there now).
